江西農業大學食藥用菌科研團隊成立于2018年,團隊依托江西農業大學生物科學與工程學院、江西省菌物資源保護與利用重點實驗室以及江西農業大學食藥用菌工程技術研究中心,主要研究方向包括:1)菌物資源資源、系統分類及生態:調查收集子囊菌、擔子菌、黏菌等菌物資源,并進行形態和分子系統分類,構建種質資源庫,并揭示其分布、多樣性、與宿主關系等生態學規律。2)食藥用菌育種、栽培、馴化與采后加工:馴化野生食藥用菌,培育適合不同環境和栽培需求的優質食藥用菌品種;研發以不同培養料和栽培模式栽培食藥用菌的新方法;研發食用菌新產品。3)真菌代謝產物及高效功能基因發掘與利用:發掘可以用于殺蟲、抗菌、抗腫瘤等真菌代謝產物及其高效基因。

團隊現有教師6名,其中6人具有博士學位,1人碩士畢業。團隊成員平均年齡34歲,年輕有活力;分別畢業于中國科學院、中國地質大學、南京師范大學、法國蒙彼利埃大學大學等,學緣結構合理。課題組與加拿大麥克馬斯特大學、泰國皇太后大學、中科院微生物所長期合作,學術氛圍濃厚。

課題組有獨立且較完善的實驗平臺,實驗用房400多平方米,擁有尼康復合熒光顯微鏡、解剖鏡、PCR儀、凝膠成像儀、微量核酸分析儀、離心機、大容量高壓滅菌鍋、超凈工作臺、超低溫冰箱、之外分光光度計等儀器設備。

課題組初步構建了江西省真菌種質資源庫,保藏菌株4000多株,干標本600余份。發表論文200余篇,其中SCI論文40多篇。




胡殿明,男,副教授,博士(后),碩士生導師,食藥用菌科研團隊負責人,江西農業大學食藥用菌工程技術研究中心主任,江西省菌物資源保護與利用重點實驗室副主任;江西農業大學第五批“未來之星”人選;江西省委組織部2017年“百人遠航工程”人選;泰國皇太后大學(Mae Fah Luang University)外聘博士生導師;中國菌物學會終身會員及水生真菌專業委員會委員,江西省菌物學會副秘書長;主要從事真菌學研究,包括真菌資源、系統分類、遺傳進化與育種以及食藥用菌栽培、采后加工與代謝產物研究等。

發表學術論文50多篇,其中SCI論文25篇,一區SCI論文3篇,其中兩篇影響因子大于8;參編著作2部。主持國家自然科學基金2項,江西省重點項目2項,江西省教育廳自然科學基金1項;以主要執行人參與國家基金重大項目子課題1項,參與國家自然科學基金2項,省部級課題2項。申請國家發明專利5項。

2006年開始從事高校教學與科研工作,主講《食用菌學》、《微生物學》、《分子生物學》、《微生物資源開發與利用》等多門本科課程,累教授5000余課時,授課對象3000多人;指導本科生畢業論文81篇。主持完成1項教學質量工程項目,1項省級教改課題;省級精品課程《微生物學》負責人;2019年獲江西農業大學教學成果獎二等獎1項,排名第一;在省校級教學競賽中多次獲獎。以第一指導教師指導學生參加“互聯網+”創業大賽榮獲省級銅獎1項;指導學生獲批大學生創新創業項目立項14項,其中國家級項目2項。



翟志軍,男,博士,講師。主要從事微生物資源的發掘和其代謝產物等方面的研究。主持江西省自然科學基金和教育廳項目各1項,參與國家自然科學基金2項,發表論文10篇。



陳明輝,男,1979年2月生,碩士學歷,講師。主要從事食用菌的栽培和馴化研究。



周健平,男,1991年1月生,博士學歷,講師。主要從事微生物資源的開發和其參與生物地球化學循環等方面的研究。參與國家自然科學基金2項,發表SCI論文3篇。



高揚,男,1990年8月生,講師,理學博士,食藥用菌科研團隊成員,主要從事黏菌分類學、分子系統學、生態學、生物多樣性研究。以第一作者發表學術論文6篇,其中SCI論文4篇。

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Prof. El Sheikha is a specialist in Molecular Biology, Traceability, Food Safety, etc. PhD in Biotechnology-Microbiology, University Montpellier 2, France. All academic degrees equivalent to their counterparts in Canada. Two post-docs [CIRAD, France (2011); Halal Products Research Institute, Malaysia (2012-2013)].

20 year of experience as Deputy Leader, Coordinator and Researcher in several international projects (e.g., Canadian Project “NSERC-CRD-474638-14”; European Projects“EDES”, “FSP 2006-43”, Innovkar “No. INCO-CT-032037”, Trace and HEEPF “Higher Education Enhancement Project Fund” 2004-2006). 14 year of experience in higher education as Assistant, Assistant Lecturer, Lecturer, Assistant Professor and Professor in many countries worldwide. Also, supervisor of Academic Programs BSc, MSc, PhD. Recently, Prof. El Sheikha visited the University of Ottawa (uOttawa) at Canada as a Visiting Professor to establish the scientific cooperation between the University of Ottawa (uOttawa) and Jiangxi Agricultural University (JAXU).

Most Significant Contributions: - Invented a novel molecular diagnostic method for detecting and identifying pathogenic Candida species. This patent opens up new avenues to such as the differentiation between drug-resistant and drug-sensitive strains of infectious fungi within the same species (US Patent No. US 62/696, 096); - Developed molecular techniques for ensuring the compliance with the Food and Drugs Act and Regulations and other relevant food legislation. These developed techniques used to implement an innovative traceability system that provides unique genetic fingerprints (Biological Barcodes) for foods, woods, insect pests, etc. Also, opened up new avenues to understand the dynamics of microbial, including fungal populations linking to mycotoxins and wood biodeterioration. - Helped establishing seven research laboratories in different disciplines in China, France and Benin. - Winner of numerous international prizes and granted trophy of Agriculture Faculty, UPM, Malaysia. – Published more than 80 publications in international reviews (e.g., Books, Chapters, Articles, Proceedings, etc.) with a total [Accumulated Impact Factor: 90.139; Accumulated Citations: 845; h-index: 18].
